Explore your interests, whatever they are. Playing basketball, painting a picture or whatever it is, will help you feel better. Especially if it’s active or creative.
Learn something new
Learning new things and being a part of a team helps connect us with others and are important ways we can all help our mental health. What can you do or learn that will give you joy?
Find some structure
We know it still may not be easy, but try to have regular routines, healthy eating and exercise. A good night's sleep is also really important – try to get back into routines that fit with school or college.
